In Person- Client Case Study

The client was Auckland based with a large workforce that was required to go to peoples residential home to “fix problems”. From the get go there was a potential for conflict and they were seeing a sharp increase in aggressive customer situations posing a risk to people safety and security.

We knew the problem of aggressive customers but we lacked the nuance of their operating environment. The client was looking for interactive hands on training including role play to help make the training ‘stick”

In a real collaborative approach we ran a standalone workshop with key people from the business - leaders and front line. This got us to understand the problem from their front line staff and from the clients perspective. From this workshop we co designed and built a training day complete with unique role-play drills. A focus on situational awareness and customer de escalation with the QRisk Claw Framework. The co designed in person training is rolling out through a series of dedicated training days to small groups in 2022
