By design we built a 12 weeks leader led “Good Drills” program and supported it with a suite of tools. The 12 week program only required 10 to 15 minutes per week. It’s designed to take a leader and staff from not knowing what to do in the space of aggressive customer situations to being well squared away, in drills, immediate actions and leader command and control - Not an expert in 12 weeks, but confident and on an upward learning curve that doesn’t stop at the end of 12 weeks - Thats good drills
